Description
Simpson Gumpertz & Heger is seeking current students for a 2027 internship in its Houston office. The intern will work with engineers on construction monitoring, field investigations, condition assessments, structural design and analysis, testing, data analysis, research, and client deliverables, with possible travel and work at heights. Candidates should be interested in civil or structural engineering, materials science, architecture, or architectural engineering, maintain strong grades, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Compensation is $29.25–$36.75 per hour depending on degree level, with medical insurance, paid holidays, and sick leave available to eligible temporary employees.
