Description
The role is a technical internal sales position serving customers from the employer’s branch in Basel. The successful candidate will act as the technical customer contact, prepare quotations and orders, enter data into the MS F&O ERP system, respond to pricing, delivery, technical, and installation inquiries, support technical project planning and execution, develop customer-specific solutions, process complaints, and ship product samples. Applicants need completed technical and/or commercial training, required experience in the electrical or lighting industry, MS Office proficiency, preferably ERP experience, very good German, and a precise, reliable, independent, and engaged work style.
