Description
Synopsys is hiring a Program Manager to serve as the primary customer contact for IP programs, manage schedules and deliverables, coordinate global cross-functional teams, mitigate project risks, report progress, and improve project management processes. The role supports the launch of customer SoC products and high-speed SerDes IP, drives IP adoption, mentors team members, and works within the Program Management Office in Silicon IP. Candidates need a BSEE or equivalent, at least 15 years of relevant experience, expertise in SoC design, high-speed IP, SerDes, and IC manufacturing, customer-facing experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.
