Description
Nexer is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager in Linköping to lead complex customer IT projects from planning through implementation, including system implementations, replacements, integrations, and digitalization. The role coordinates business operations, technical specialists, suppliers, and other stakeholders; manages progress, quality, risks, and delivery; and supports customers through organizational and technological changes. Candidates need at least five years of technical project management experience, knowledge of project models such as PPS, PRINCE2, or agile methods, strong Swedish and English communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position is based in Linköping and follows a hybrid routine combining the office, customer site, and home office.
