Redwood is hiring a Principal Engineer, Products & Platforms to lead technical architecture and modernization across its Workload Automation Platform. The role owns Java/Spring Boot microservices, platform infrastructure, scalability, security, compliance, observability, and cross-team product delivery, while researching AI/ML applications for managed file transfer and workload automation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 12+ years of software engineering experience, strong Java and distributed-systems expertise, cloud and Kubernetes experience, DevOps and protocol knowledge, and experience leading technical initiatives.
