Centre Technologies is hiring an experienced Technical Lead to serve as the senior technical escalation resource for client-facing managed service teams in Houston, Austin, or Dallas. The role resolves complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, endpoint, and security issues; owns customer environments; provides strategic technology guidance; mentors technical consultants; and supports operational improvements. Candidates need 6+ years of progressive IT infrastructure or managed services experience, advanced Microsoft, cloud, networking, security, backup, and recovery expertise, and strong customer-facing communication skills.
