Description
ADGA is hiring a Technical Lead, Aerospace Development to lead the design, development, evaluation, and sustainment of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems and related aerospace products, including Counter-UAS engineering support. The role involves product improvement planning, equipment reviews, maintenance programs, technical guidance to Joint Staff and units, technical working groups, and liaison activities. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in aerospace or a related engineering field, at least six years of recent aerospace experience, experience preparing technical airworthiness documentation, and a Secret (Level II) Canadian Federal Government security clearance.
