Yahara Software is hiring a full-time Technical Lead – Applied AI/ML Projects to lead client-facing AI product projects for scientific organizations. The role focuses on designing and shipping LLM and agent-based solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, model fine-tuning, evaluation, guardrails, and technical delivery. The position requires at least six years of software engineering experience, recent hands-on AI work, and experience shipping LLM-based features to real users.
