The role serves as a business point of contact for a technical domain such as CAD/CAE, manages software license portfolios, administers and evolves deployed IT solutions, defines client workstation environments, and supports technical installation and configuration documentation. The position is a one- or two-year apprenticeship for a candidate pursuing a two-year post-secondary qualification in IT, digital systems, networks, or an equivalent field, with initial IT environment and system or software administration knowledge preferred.
