Description
CodeLink is hiring a Technical Lead to lead end-to-end software design and development, provide architectural direction, oversee the software development lifecycle, establish engineering and DevOps practices, and represent the technical team to stakeholders. The role also supports hiring, onboarding, team scaling, interviews, and coaching engineers. It requires at least 8 years of software development experience, including 2 years in a management team, along with software architecture, back-end and front-end framework, cloud, and agile experience. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three remote days per week and four fully remote weeks per year, plus health insurance, office benefits, training, and other employee benefits.
