CodeLink is seeking a Technical Lead to join their team. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, providing architectural direction, overseeing the full software development lifecycle, defining engineering best practices, driving DevOps practices, and ensuring systems meet high standards for reliability, scalability, and security. They will also act as the main technical representative for stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, partner with talent teams to support hiring and team scaling, participate in interviews, coach and mentor engineers, and foster a strong engineering culture.
