Description
Concept Plus is hiring a Technical Lead / OCI Architect to serve as the senior technical authority for common services on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including OCI core services, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Fusion Middleware, databases, integration, and identity management. The role owns architecture, environment migrations, DevSecOps, infrastructure as code, data replication, documentation, technical risk mitigation, and compliance activities, while leading cloud and Oracle engineers and serving as the primary interface with government and Oracle stakeholders. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of Oracle and cloud architecture experience, five years of hands-on OCI experience in a federal or large-enterprise environment, an active Oracle Cloud certification, and an active DoD Secret clearance.
