MANTECH is hiring a full-time Technical Lead (IT Subject Matter Expert) in Washington, D.C. to lead and mentor cybersecurity professionals supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The role oversees independent security control assessments across unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret enclaves; evaluates controls against NIST SP 800-53 and SP 800-53A; reviews Security Assessment, Test, and Body of Evidence packages; and enforces quality standards for government ISSM submissions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of experience, or a master’s degree and 6–8 years, or a PhD and 4–6 years, along with relevant security assessment experience and an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility. Compensation is projected at $128,800–$214,500, with health insurance and other benefits available.
