Description
MistyWest is hiring a Technical Lead to guide hardware product development from concept through production. The role leads multidisciplinary electrical, mechanical, and firmware engineering teams; defines product architecture and technical strategy; supports client engagements; and oversees development through EVT, DVT, and PVT stages. The position requires at least five years of hardware product development experience, cross-functional leadership, PCB and mechanical CAD experience, and strong debugging, testing, integration, and manufacturing knowledge.
