RTB House is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to oversee and guide a team of 8-10 systems and backend engineers. This role involves defining the platform's vision and roadmap, ensuring platform efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security. The Technical Lead will delegate ownership of various platform areas like monitoring and deployment, deliver self-service platforms with clear usage contracts, and utilize data-driven decision-making. They will also contribute to IT-wide capacity planning and manage on-call alarm frameworks.
