Description
Sekai is hiring a remote Technical Lead to drive technical execution across backend, frontend, mobile, AI, and data initiatives. The role partners with founders, product, design, and engineering teams; translates ambiguous product goals into technical plans; solves hard engineering problems; coordinates cross-domain work; raises engineering quality and reliability; and helps define hiring and technical evaluation standards. The position requires at least five years of professional software engineering experience, experience leading large-scope technical work, and familiarity with AI tools, with a broad technical surface including Python, Go, Next.js, React, React Native, Flutter, native iOS and Android, AI systems, data infrastructure, and recommendation systems.
