Unmind is hiring a Technical Lead to join a product team and report to an Engineering Manager. The role partners with Product Managers, represents technology in product and roadmap discussions, owns the team’s technical direction, quality, sequencing, architecture, and risk, and builds complex software while mentoring engineers. The position is remote-first within the United Kingdom, with monthly travel to London, and uses a stack including TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, Python, Golang, and SQL. Candidates should have a senior product-focused engineering track record, experience partnering with product leadership, a product and business mindset, confidence in technical trade-offs, and the ability to communicate technical context to non-engineers.
