Valtech is hiring a full-time Technical Lead to lead a product team within the SF Core workstream of a global luxury maison’s Salesforce CRM Factory. The role owns end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, code quality, testing, CI/CD, technical debt, incident management, sprint planning, and mentorship of developers and Tech Leads. It requires 8+ years of Salesforce platform development and architecture experience, deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce DX, and integration patterns, along with mandatory Salesforce and JavaScript certifications. The position is based in Bengaluru with remote and hybrid work options depending on the country.
