The role involves transitioning from deterministic legacy systems to agentic architectures, optimizing high-scale data pipelines for real-time AI capabilities like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic reasoning. The Technical Lead will define AI-assisted engineering standards, proactively identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, and establish rigorous validation frameworks for AI-generated architectural patterns.
