Description
Heraeus Medevio is hiring a Technical Lead for Catheter and Interventional Device Development to lead customer-specific catheter and interventional-device projects from concept freeze through product design and manufacturing transfer. The role involves technical design, design-to-manufacture, prototyping, bench testing, design verification, simulated-use validation, engineering documentation, stakeholder communication, and mentoring team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in biomedical, mechanical, plastics, or a related engineering field, at least five years of relevant medical-device development experience, catheter and interventional-device expertise, knowledge of design control and regulatory requirements, experience with risk management and statistical tools, and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and travel occasionally.
