Description
Exadel is hiring a senior technical leader to own the design, implementation, testing, evaluation, and platform governance of reusable Claude Code Skills and related AI-agent capabilities. The role partners with business stakeholders and domain experts, translates complex workflows into executable agent instructions, establishes standards and shared infrastructure, makes platform-level architecture decisions, and provides technical leadership to other engineers. The position supports remote, hybrid, or in-office flexibility depending on location and contract type.
