Sword is hiring a Technical Lead for its Cloud & Cyber Services practice to lead Technical Service Architects, provide technical assurance and governance, develop service offerings, advise strategic customers, and improve technical delivery and capabilities. The role requires senior technical leadership experience, broad cloud, cybersecurity, Microsoft, and managed-services knowledge, and relevant Microsoft, TOGAF, CISSP, or ITIL certifications. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Technical leadership experience in an IT consultancy, managed service provider, or customer-facing technology environment
Experience leading, coaching, and developing senior technical professionals
Significant experience in technical consulting, architecture, or engineering, including several years in a leadership capacity
Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders and acting as a trusted technical advisor
Experience with ITIL-aligned service management and managed service environments
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in regulated industries such as energy, public sector, or financial services
Experience building or scaling technical teams, capabilities, or service offerings
Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code technologies such as PowerShell, Bicep, or Terraform
Additional relevant Microsoft, TOGAF, CISSP, or ITIL certifications
