Description
The Technical Lead Cloud Data Engineering role owns the technical direction of Snowflake- and DBT-based data products from design through delivery in a healthcare R&D environment. The lead defines data-product architecture, standards, quality, security, GxP compliance, and CI/CD; oversees implementation; mentors engineers; manages cross-functional dependencies; and contributes to recruiting and knowledge sharing. The role requires a master's degree, at least 8 years of hands-on data engineering experience, significant technical leadership, deep Snowflake and DBT expertise, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
