Description
Versant is hiring a Technical Lead, Core HR Systems to lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday-centered HR and payroll solutions. The role serves as a hands-on DevOps and development lead, overseeing platform architecture, integrations, release operations, security, governance, and a blended team of internal engineers, architects, and delivery partners. It requires extensive Workday and enterprise application experience, including Workday Studio, APIs, Prism data pipelines, and HR/payroll integrations, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The position is hybrid, with three days onsite in New York City or Englewood Cliffs.
