Description

Datacom is hiring a Technical Lead – Data, AI and Analytics to provide senior technical leadership for the design, development, optimisation, and delivery of enterprise data warehousing, data lake, analytics, and AI solutions. The role covers solution architecture, dimensional and data modelling, ETL/ELT, Microsoft data platform and Fabric architecture, platform performance and reliability, technical mentoring, peer review, DevOps/Agile delivery, and complex technical consultation within Datacom’s internal Group Data team.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 7 years of commercial information technology experience
Experience designing and implementing enterprise data, analytics, or AI solutions
Experience with DevOps, Agile, and continuous integration environments
Experience with distributed or high-performance data platforms and systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, AI-enabled analytics, and modern Microsoft data platform services
Strong software engineering and coding skills in a data-intensive environment
Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis clearly and actionably
Technical mentoring and peer review capability
