Description
Veolia is seeking a Skid Design Engineer to develop detailed equipment and skid designs, prepare 2D and 3D drawings, perform stress analysis and peer reviews, support piping routing and material requisitions, and ensure compliance with ASME standards. The role requires mechanical engineering education, 8–12 years of mechanical design experience, proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, or Plant 3D, and knowledge of structural and piping materials. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, and may lead a group of engineers and assist with shop problem solving.
