Pepper Money is hiring a Technical Lead – Digital on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide hands-on technical leadership for customer-facing mobile applications and web portals. The role leads engineering teams, sets technical direction, governs architecture, and delivers secure, scalable, high-performing digital platforms integrated with enterprise APIs and Azure cloud services. It requires extensive expertise in React Native, Expo, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Azure Integration Services, authentication and identity technologies, CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, observability, and mobile application delivery across iOS and Android. The role is hybrid and involves collaboration with product, architecture, security, delivery, and vendor teams.
