Description
Sopra Steria is hiring a Technical Lead for a distributed Java and React.js application. The role owns the complete application architecture, leads 4–10 developers, and ensures code quality, releases, service continuity, performance, and scalability. Responsibilities include Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+ microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, PostgreSQL or Oracle, OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, React 18+ and TypeScript, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability. The position requires a degree or equivalent qualification, 7–10 years of experience including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role, and offers remote work up to two days per week.
