Rydoo / Semine is hiring a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional squad of developers and QA engineers. The role oversees end-to-end delivery of scalable .NET and C# solutions in a microservice environment, manages the software development lifecycle, participates in code reviews and hands-on development, removes delivery obstacles, mentors team members, and supports Agile and Scrum/Kanban practices. The position offers coaching and support for candidates without prior engineering management or technical lead experience.
