Winning Consulting is seeking a Technical Lead to join an important client in the Utilities sector. The role requires a bachelor's degree in software or computer engineering, strong communication and collaboration skills, critical analysis and problem-solving ability, knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR, experience with strategic projects and complex solution design, and hands-on knowledge of application technologies. Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, and English are also relevant; Portuguese and Spanish are preferred.
