Whitbread is hiring a full-time, permanent Technical Lead - Hotel Operations to lead product direction for smart building technologies, including robotics, automation, connected devices, and IoT solutions. The role bridges technology and business by translating technical concepts into product vision, strategy, requirements, and scalable solutions, while collaborating with engineering, architecture, operational stakeholders, suppliers, and senior business leaders. The position is based at Whitbread Court, Dunstable, with a hybrid arrangement of three days per week.
