Description
WarrCloud is seeking an internal Technical Lead, Implementation, to lead the technical aspects of dealer onboarding across Deployment and Platform Operations. The role manages technical readiness for new stores and large multi-store launches, leads technical kickoff and IT readiness meetings, explains networking and platform requirements, coordinates with client IT teams, vendors, and internal IT/Cloud and Development teams, and resolves integration or connectivity blockers. The position requires at least five years of hands-on IT operations, technical onboarding, or platform implementation experience, with expertise in network administration, enterprise security, VPN/MFA, IPSec tunnels, automotive DMS systems, APIs, and cross-functional technical communication.
