The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of software development experience, 5 years building and deploying recommendation-system models, 3 years of technical leadership experience, and 2 years of people-management experience. Preferred qualifications include Android development, on-device machine learning, team management, AI adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
