Description
Google is hiring a Technical Lead Manager for its Extraction Service to lead engineers responsible for extracting high-fidelity, structured content from unstructured and multimodal documents. The role defines the technical architecture and roadmap for high-throughput, low-latency, stateless extraction; manages approximately six software engineers; collaborates with product, technical product management, and SRE teams; and serves as the primary technical contact for key partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, eight years of low-level systems programming experience, large-scale distributed systems experience, and technical leadership experience. Compensation is $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
