IOL is hiring a Technical Lead for its Markets team to define scalable and maintainable software architecture, lead technical decision-making, and support developers through code reviews, mentoring, and pair programming. The role requires experience with .NET, Java, Kotlin, or Go; relational and non-relational databases; distributed architectures and asynchronous messaging; clean architecture, DDD, SOLID, and RESTful APIs; technical leadership; and cross-team communication. The position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement at IOL's offices in Palermo, Buenos Aires, and includes health insurance and other benefits.
