Description
HelloFresh is hiring a technical leader to own the end-to-end production ML systems powering menu personalization, including feature pipelines, training workflows, model serving, experimentation tooling, and infrastructure. The role sets technical direction, partners with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Product, operates systems in production, and raises standards across ML and data engineering. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience building and operating production ML systems, strong recommender or personalization experience, fluency in Python, Spark, Go, Kafka, and Kubernetes, and hands-on AI tooling experience. The position offers flexible hybrid work with a minimum of two office days per week.
