Description
Veolia is hiring a Proposal Engineer to plan and develop engineering deliverables for water, wastewater, and related industrial processes and products. The role covers process and product selection, water chemistry, unit operations, RO and biological system design, tender specifications, process calculations, PFD/HFD/PID and layout drawings, cost and ROI analysis, design reviews, Hazop/SIL participation, and coordination with customers and project teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, environmental, or another technical discipline and 9–13 years of proposal or tender engineering experience.
