Description
The Technical Lead will lead the ground-up re-architecture of core Risk & Regulatory platforms into Golang, React, Cloud, Kafka, SQL, .Net, and TypeScript. The role provides technical leadership, mentors developers, oversees solution design and quality, manages estimation and documentation, escalates technical issues, and ensures scalable, high-availability systems meet business needs. The position is eligible for the company’s hybrid work-from-home policy and requires commercial development leadership, relevant technical knowledge, mentoring ability, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
