Description
The role combines technical architecture, software development operations, and people leadership for a SaaS development team. It owns architecture decisions, delivery planning, capacity, dependencies, releases, product-to-implementation translation, engineering standards, and AI-enabled development practices. The profile requires at least five years of software development experience, prior developer and team leadership, project coordination, architecture and design judgment, experience with Python or React/TypeScript, REST APIs, relational databases, and SaaS architecture, along with fluent German and English and a willingness to work from home and on site.
