Horizontal Digital is hiring a Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of enterprise Salesforce consulting projects from discovery and solution architecture through development, deployment, and go-live. The role leads client technical discussions, mentors 2–5 developers, manages technical plans and risks, drives Agile/Scrum delivery, advises on Salesforce architecture and integrations, and supports pre-sales. Candidates should have 10+ years of consulting or technology experience, including 7+ years with Salesforce, strong Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, API, integration, data migration, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud experience, plus leadership and communication skills.
