Description
Avanceon is seeking a Technical Lead to lead end-to-end SCADA system design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and project delivery across industrial automation projects. The role includes defining requirements and specifications, managing hardware and software procurement, estimating engineering effort, supervising field installations, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, 7–8 years of automation or SCADA engineering experience, and 2–3 years of technical leadership experience; the position is a short-term contractual role with candidates currently available in Qatar and holding a valid transferable work visa preferred.
