Canopy is hiring a Senior Database Engineer for a remote role in Draper, Utah. The position owns the maintenance, performance, security, cost, capacity, and reliability of roughly 100 managed PostgreSQL databases, including query optimization, indexing, autovacuum tuning, migrations, schema reviews, and database maintenance. The role requires at least five years of database engineering experience, strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills, experience with managed cloud database infrastructure, and the ability to mentor engineering teams.
