ECLARO is hiring a Technical Lead Site Reliability and Performance Engineer for a client in Addison, Texas. The role provides technical leadership across Site Reliability Engineering and Platform Engineering, including reliability, observability, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure automation, web application security, DNS and certificate management, and production troubleshooting. The engineer will mentor teams, drive technical roadmaps, support global engineering teams, participate in on-call rotations, and work toward a future Technical Manager role. The position requires full-time authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility.
