Description
Whitbread is hiring a Smart Operations Technical Lead to set technical direction across Navigator, housekeeping, and automation technologies. The role combines delivery and architecture, translating business and operational needs into technical requirements, designs, delivery plans, and quality standards; overseeing major architectural decisions, technical risks, systems integration partners, and complex technical challenges; and coaching technical colleagues. The position is full time and permanent, based at Whitbread Court in Dunstable with a hybrid arrangement of three days per week.
