BEUMER Group is seeking a technical leader to drive software and automation solutions within its global Innovation & Development organization. The role manages development projects from requirements through pilot operations, leads interdisciplinary teams, translates requirements into technical concepts, clarifies architecture and integration issues, applies AI-enabled software development and related technologies, and coordinates with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales. The position requires a technical degree, several years of software development experience, knowledge of modern software architectures, agile development experience, and strong German and English skills.
