Black Canyon Consulting is hiring a full-time Technical Lead (Software Development Manager) to lead and manage an Agile software development team supporting centralized, secure access-request workflows and authorization context for NIH controlled-access data repositories. The role includes estimating work, managing delivery schedules and the software development lifecycle, coordinating development activities, providing technical leadership, maintaining documentation, and ensuring code quality. The position is on-site in Bethesda/Rockville, Maryland, and requires extensive Linux software development experience, cloud platform knowledge, Django and Python expertise, database and testing experience, and team-coaching experience.
