Description
Vooban is hiring a Tech Lead to oversee end-to-end agentic systems for a regulated-industry client, including architecture, production deployment, agent orchestration, knowledge foundations, SDLC industrialization, and coaching mixed teams. The role requires 7 to 10 years of software development experience, including 1 to 2 years with LLMs in production, strong Python, agent-orchestration expertise, cloud experience, and regulated-environment knowledge. It is a hybrid position requiring regular presence at Vooban offices in Québec City or Montréal and availability at the client’s site.
