Description
The Technical Lead – Testing Engineer will own the end-to-end testing strategy for advanced robotic systems, from actuator characterization through full-system integration. The role combines hands-on test-bench design, sensor and instrumentation calibration, Python and LabVIEW automation, data analysis, and reporting with leadership responsibilities for test engineers, process maturity, cross-functional design influence, and coordination with external test labs. Candidates need a master's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least seven years of hardware testing or validation experience including three years in a technical leadership or senior individual contributor role, and strong expertise in electro-mechanical systems, sensors, instrumentation, and test automation.
