Description
Versant is hiring a Technical Lead to lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of Time and Workforce Management platform components. The role combines hands-on DevOps leadership with platform architecture, full-stack engineering, integrations, release and environment management, security, governance, and team leadership across internal engineers, architects, and contracted delivery partners. Candidates need at least six years of software engineering experience, including two years leading medium-to-large full-stack engineering delivery teams, along with strong .NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, API, and DevOps expertise.
