Description
Baxter is hiring a Technical Cost Out (TCO) Lead to drive material and component cost reduction, supply resilience, and margin improvement through technical analysis, specification optimization, alternate sourcing, value engineering, and cross-functional execution. The role leads technical teams through project planning, change execution, sample builds, testing, validation, and implementation while partnering with Procurement, R&D, Quality, Operations, Suppliers, and other functions. It requires 5–8+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or manufacturing field, proven multi-million-dollar value engineering savings, and knowledge of GMP, change control, CAPA, and validation. The position requires 10–20% travel, offers an estimated base salary of $80,000–$100,000 annually, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
